At Yec Clinic Training, we are committed to providing high-quality healthcare and wellness education. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. This policy outlines when and how refunds are processed for our training courses and products.

Refund Eligibility

Online Courses

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for most of our online courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course content.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
  • You must have completed less than 25% of the course modules
  • Your account must show minimal course engagement (less than 2 hours of total viewing time)
  • You have not downloaded all course materials or resources
  • You have not claimed any completion certificates

Ineligible for Refunds:

  • Requests made after the 14-day period
  • Courses where you have completed more than 25% of the content
  • Courses explicitly marked as “non-refundable” at the time of purchase
  • Bundle purchases where significant portions of the bundle have been accessed

Certification Programs

Our professional certification programs have a more limited refund policy due to the limited enrollment capacity and resources allocated to each participant:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • A 15% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount
  • No refunds will be issued after you have begun any assessment or certification examination
  • No refunds will be issued after you have received access to certification-specific materials

Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

  • Monthly subscriptions: No prorated refunds are available; you may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will maintain access until the end of your billing period
  • Annual subscriptions: Prorated refunds may be available within the first 30 days of a new subscription or renewal

Live Webinars and Events

  • Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the scheduled event
  • 50% refund between 7 days and 48 hours before the event
  • No refunds within 48 hours of the event
  • If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person or request access to the recording (if available) instead of a refund

Digital Products and Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • No refunds are available once you have downloaded the digital product
  • If you have technical issues accessing or downloading the product, please contact our support team for assistance before requesting a refund

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on our website
  2. Navigate to “Purchase History” in your account dashboard
  3. Locate the course or product for which you wish to request a refund
  4. Click on the “Request Refund” button
  5. Complete the refund request form, providing the reason for your request

  • Your full name
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Name of the course or product
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for requesting a refund

Refund Processing

Refund Timeline

Once your refund request has been approved:

  • Credit/Debit card payments: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • PayPal payments: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

Please note that while we process refunds promptly, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different credit card or payment method.

Special Circumstances

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing or completing a course, please contact our support team immediately at yecclinic@gmail.com. We will work to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • Technical support to resolve the issue
  • Extended access period
  • Course transfer
  • Partial or full refund (at our discretion)

Medical Emergencies

In case of serious medical emergencies that prevent you from completing a course, we may extend the refund period or offer course credits. Such requests require documentation from a medical professional.

Course Cancellation by Yec Clinic Training

If we cancel a course or event:

  • You will receive a full refund for your purchase
  • We will notify you as soon as possible via email
  • We may offer you the option to transfer to another course or event instead of receiving a refund

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
